For the 100th birthday of the Hamburg/Germany based soccer club St. Pauli, we created an application to show the club that your are "St. Pauli down to the bone". Upload or take a picture with you webcam, and let the application transform you face into a St. Pauli skull with crossbones. The automation of this process was accomplished through the special use of image filters and customization algorithms. Shortly after launch, the gallery was filled among others with skulls and crossbones of VIPs like Michail Gorbatschow, Kermit the frog and Elvis Presley.
